介绍： Good morning, everyone. It's an enormous pleasure to be here this morning. When we launched the Earthshot Prize in 2020, we believed we could show the world evidence of progress. Progress towards what felt like immense climate and nature goals.

Today, we have more than belief. We now have proof. Solutions are working, capital is moving, policy is shifting, partnerships are forming. Our own finalists are scaling. Progress is starting to build on itself.
如今，我们不再只怀揣信念，我们手握实实在在的成果。各类解决方案落地见效，资本持续注入，相关政策不断调整，多方合作逐步建立。入围项目持续扩大规模，良性发展的势头已然形成。
This is why I feel more optimistic than ever. Not because the challenge is smaller than it was. Not because the science is less urgent. But because the proof is stronger than ever before.
这也是我如今比以往任何时候都更乐观的原因。并非环境挑战有所减轻，也并非气候科研警示的紧迫性有所降低，而是我们拥有了前所未有的丰硕实践成果。
Since 2020, the Earthshot Prize has reviewed almost 7,000 nominations from around the world. We have supported 75 finalists, awarded 25 million pounds in prize funds. And the impact goes much, much further.
自2020年以来，地球奋斗奖已审阅全球近7000份申报项目，扶持75个入围方案，发放2500万英镑奖金。而项目产生的积极影响，远不止奖金所能衡量。
Together, those finalists have already helped to avoid or capture 18 million tons of carbon dioxide. They have protected and restored 1.4 million square kilometers of land, ocean, and coastline.
这些入围项目累计已助力减排或封存1800万吨二氧化碳，保护并修复了140万平方公里的陆地、海洋与海岸带。
They have saved 21 million tons of water. And they have removed, upcycled, or avoided almost half a million tons of waste.
节约水资源2100万吨，处理、循环再利用或减少近50万吨废弃物。
Those numbers matter. They mean individual lives and entire systems are changing as our finalists achieve big things.

We can see it in cities. Bogota proves that air pollution can fall even as a city grows. The state of Gujarat in India shows how a clean air policy in one state can become a blueprint for others.
城市之中，改变清晰可见。波哥大证明，城市发展与空气污染治理可以并行；印度古吉拉特邦的实践也表明，一邦的清洁空气政策，能够成为其他地区借鉴的范本。
We can see it in nature. In Brazil, our home last year. Regreen is using satellite data to enhance vast landscapes at scale. Belterra is bringing pasture back to life, planting trees and crops, and creating income for local communities.
自然修复领域同样成果斐然。去年我们的颁奖地巴西，Regreen团队借助卫星数据大规模修复广袤土地；贝尔特拉公司盘活退化牧场，同步植树、种植农作物，为当地居民创造收入来源。
We can see it in the ocean. After more than two decades of diplomacy, the High Seas Treaty has created the first global framework to protect international waters. Matters ingenious filter stops Microplastics before they even reach the water.
海洋保护领域亦有突破。历经二十余年外交磋商，《公海条约》出台，搭建起全球首个公海保护框架；Matters研发的新型过滤装置，能在微塑料流入水体前将其拦截。
One is a treaty, one is a filter. Together they remind us that ocean protection cannot begin at the shoreline. It has to be designed directly into the systems that create pollution.
一项国际公约，一款创新设备，二者共同印证：海洋保护不能仅从海岸线着手，必须从产生污染的源头体系入手统筹规划。
We can see it in the energy system itself. Form is building the world's largest battery system, proving that renewable energy can be reliant and resilient.
能源体系转型同样进展显著。Form 公司打造全球规模最大的储能电池系统，印证可再生能源完全能够稳定、可靠地持续供给。
And we can see it in the human stories. In the 90 million children who study, thanks to D.light, is no longer limited to the hours kept by the sun. And in Bangladesh, where Friendship is restoring one of the largest mangrove communities in the world. 
动人的民生故事更是数不胜数。D.light让9000万孩子不再受制于日照时长，随时可以读书学习；孟加拉国的Friendship组织，正在修复全球规模顶尖的红树林群落。
This is what proof looks like when it repeats. Whole system's beginning to move. And that inspiration is taking hold. Our finalists are exemplars of a wider movement that is proving that we can turn the tide within this decade.
一项项成果不断涌现，便是最有力的佐证。各领域完整体系都开始向好转变，这份变革的力量正在广泛传播。这些入围项目是全球环保行动的典范，证明我们完全能在这十年扭转环境恶化的趋势。
We are now over halfway through, and by 2030, the prize will have supported 150 finalists. The focus for us now is to connect them, to back them, and scale them to make momentum self-propelling.
奖项周期如今已过半，到2030年，我们将累计扶持150个入围项目。当下我们的核心工作是联动各方项目、持续给予支持、扩大落地规模，让环保变革形成自主推进的良性势头。
That is why this year matters. We are taking this story to India, the biggest country on Earth, home to the world's largest youth population, and more Earthshot winners and finalists than any other country.
这也是今年格外关键的原因。我们将把这些环保成果带到印度——全球人口第一大国，拥有世界最多青年人口，同时也是地球奋斗奖获奖及入围项目数量最多的国家。
India has already shown what speed and scale can look like. Solutions born there have the power to shape the world. The planet does not have time for inch-by-inch change.
印度已经向世界展示了高效、大规模推进环保行动的实力，诞生于此的环保方案足以影响全球。地球环境已经等不起缓慢、零碎的改良。
One day people will look back at this decade and ask, "When the evidence was clear, what did we do with it? When we saw forests being restored, did we help restoration spread? When we saw clean air policies working, did we help other cities follow? When we saw the energy systems transform, did we fully commit? When we saw communities on the front line becoming leaders in resilience, did we stand behind them?
未来某一天，人们回望这十年，定会发问：当确凿的成功案例摆在眼前，我们付诸了怎样的行动？当森林修复初见成效，我们是否推动这项事业遍地开花？当清洁空气政策落地见效，我们是否助力其他城市效仿推行？当能源体系完成转型，我们是否全力以赴投身其中？当一线社区成长为环境抗逆的引领者，我们是否坚定地给予支持？
That is the responsibility of this moment. And it is this story that matters, not just the problems we face, but the collective response to tackle them. The challenge can still feel immense, but the proof is now in front of us. And history will ask what we did with it.
