"I cannot bring you wealth," she said;

「 诗人简介 」
莎拉·诺尔斯·博尔顿（Sarah Knowles Bolton，1841年9月15日至1916年2月21日）是一位美国作家，她出生于康涅狄格州的法明顿。1866年，她与商人兼慈善家的查尔斯·博尔顿（Charles E. Bolton）结婚，并搬迁至俄亥俄州克利夫兰。

她为新闻界撰写了大量文章，并且是波士顿公理会的副主编（1878–1881年）。博尔顿在欧洲旅行了两年，研究了利润分享，女性高等教育和其他社会问题。她的著作鼓励读者通过信仰和努力来改善他们的世界。
