Welcome to MT English . My name is Karina . I hope you all had a great Spring Festival celebration and I hope you're still having a great time celebrating it . Today's topic is how to maintain(保持，维持) your English level .

A lot of people learn something and they immediately forget it . So one of the best suggestions that I can give is to practice , either getting a foreign friend or watching TV series . My best advice on how to keep up with the level of your English language is to practice it with the native speaker or to watch TV series in English with English subtitles .
许多人学了一样东西，然后很快就忘记了。因此，我认为练习是学习一件事最好的方法之一，也可以是交外国朋友或者是看电视剧。关于如何跟上英语水平的最佳方法是跟母语是英语的人练习或者看英语字幕的英剧。

For example, I could recommend a few TV series that I was growing up watching . The best TV series for learning English is probably "Friends ". You could find "Friends" on "YOUKU" or any other Chinese website . It's pretty funny and it's about a group of friends that are going through hardships of daily life . Also a lot of people in China as I noticed really like to watch The Big Bang Theory . And actually a lot of them have learned English from that TV series .
例如，我可以推荐一些陪伴我成长的电视剧。老友记是一部非常适合学习英语的美剧。你可以在优酷或者任何其他中文网站上找到这部美剧。这部剧非常有趣，它是讲述一群一起解决日常生活问题的朋友。据我所知，也有很多中国人喜欢看生活大爆炸。事实上，他们中的很多人都从电视剧中学习英语。

So besides watching TV series in English , I would recommend to read articles in English . For example , you could download any news app like Guardian or CNN or NewYork Times to get daily portion(部分) of news from outside of the world and you could practice your reading skills as well . Of course , learning involves listening , speaking and practicing through talking . And those three aspects you definitely should take into consideration when learning English .
除了观看英文电视剧，我也推荐阅读英文文章。例如，你可以下载一些新闻软件例如，英国卫报、美国有线电视新闻网（Cable News Network）或者纽约时报以获取来自世界各地的每日新闻部分，同时你也可以练习阅读能力。当然，英语学习涉及到听、读、说。当我们学习英语的时候，必须得训练这三部分。

And another really good way of learning it is through songs. A lot of apps have the direct translation from English to Chinese so while you're listening to song you could also see the Chinese translation of the song .
另外一种很好的学习方式就是通过听英文歌曲来学习英语。很多软件可以直接英译中，因此当你听英文歌的时候，可以看到中文的翻译。

Also , a lot of movies have premiered after the Chinese New Year in movie theaters and most of the English-speaking movies are not dubbed so you can hear the original and see the subtitles just under the screen .
还有就是过年后很多电影在电影院上映。同时很多英文的电影没有配过音，所以你可以听到纯正的英语，还可以看到屏幕下方的英文字幕。
