歌曲故事背景梗概：
歌曲原唱是美国歌手 Ronnie Milsap。这首歌我们不太熟悉，其实很有来头，是Tennessee田纳西州的州歌。所谓的Smokey Mountain并不是随便的一个表达，而是田纳西州的一座很有名的山，就叫烟山。

熟悉棒球的朋友应该知道田纳西州的棒球队就叫Tennessee Smokies田纳西烟山队。球队的基地，就在这首歌第一句提到的这个地方，Knoxville。田纳西州是美国乡村音乐的大本营，这首Smokey Mountain Rain也自然是一首乡村音乐。
