It became the pinnacle of their works before they took a break in 2010. The concept of the album was built around mental illness in the human world, and tried to dig out deep in the complicated heart of psychiatric patients. With distinctive performing styles of guitars, bass, drums and the vocal, as well as imagery sound effects, 11 songs linked together just like a movie soundtrack.
