凌晨五点，我在工作室冰冷的地板上醒来，四周昏暗，只有手中的香烟提醒我还活着。12月的寒风再次促使我拿起笔，直面自己的内心。过去两年，我经历了从希望到失望，再到麻木的过程。音乐上的挫折、自我怀疑、情感打击和孤独感让我逐渐封闭自己，失去了表达的能力。所有的痛苦和迷茫在我心中发酵，而我唯一能做的也只有将这些都诉诸于音乐。这张专辑讲述的大部分内容都是我在过去两年中经历的诸多起起伏伏与所思所想。这张专辑，没有嘉宾，没有前卫风格，只有我和我的内心。它不是为了引起轰动，而是我多年来情感和思想的自由宣泄，也是对我音乐生涯的一个总结。这是我的最后一张专辑，感谢我那些为数不多的听众，多说无益，听歌吧。

At five in the morning, I woke up on the cold studio floor, surrounded by darkness, with only the cigarette in my hand reminding me that I'm still alive. The cold wind of December once again urged me to pick up my pen and confront my inner self. Over the past two years, I've gone through a process from hope to disappointment and then to numbness. Setbacks in music, self-doubt, emotional blows, and a sense of loneliness have gradually closed me off, causing me to lose the ability to express myself. All the pain and confusion have fermented in my heart, and the only thing I can do is pour them into my music. Most of the content of this album reflects the ups and downs and thoughts I've experienced over the past two years. This album has no features, no new genres, just a dialogue between me and my inner self. It is not meant to create a sensation but is a free expression of my emotions and thoughts accumulated over the years, as well as a summary of my music career. This is my last album.
