Handsome Ghost is Tim Noyes and Eddie Byun. Since starting the band in 2015 in Massachusetts, Handsome Ghost has released three EPs, two albums and built an extensive touring history sharing stages with the likes of Melanie Martinez, Yoke Lore, flor, among others.

On 'April Song', the band says "This one started with the very first line for me - which doesn’t actually happen that often. If you’ve lived in the Northeast...you know that Spring isn’t Spring...until it’s actually Spring. Most years we get an inch or two in April and it’s just a crusher. You’re ready (finally) for the end of a brutal winter and then you’re traipsing through the snow or cleaning off your car wondering why you choose to live in this nightmare of a place. That’s the message in the chorus here: You can worry all you want or wonder if you’d made the right decisions over the years...but this is what you do, and it’s what you’re going to continue to do - so lean into it." For anyone who lives in the Mid-West or on the East coast is familiar with the brutal winters that come with the area and probably have had that same thought more than once before - "why do I choose to live here?" But ultimately, the question is moot because this is your home, and where you live and accept it for everything it is.
