在家怎么进行self-test（自我检测）？
① Do not open any parts before reading instructions. 一定要认真阅读instructions（说明书）。
② Before the test, you should sanitize your hands. 给手消毒。

⑥ Then we can perform the test. Mix the swab with the drops.将拭子和试剂充分混合，耐心等待一会儿。
⑦ Hold dropper bottle straight over the hole, not at an angle. Put 6 drops into the hole.垂直地拿住小滴瓶，往S字母旁的那个小孔里，滴入6滴。

抗原试剂盒怎么读测试结果？
Do not read the result before 15 minutes or after 30 minutes.
根据抗原指示剂的说明，不要在15分钟前或30分钟后读结果，不然这个结果是无效的。
试剂盒上会有3种可能的结果：
如果只在C这个地方出现一道红杠，this means COVID-19 was not detected，说明你是negative（阴性）。

如果在 C 和 T 都出现了红杠，也就是出现了两道红杠，不管颜色深浅，说明你是positive（阳性），COVID-19 was detected。

2.N95口罩
口罩已经成为了我们的生活必需品了，many people are stockpiling masks（屯口罩）。
比起我们平时用的surgical mask（医用外科口罩），the N95 mask or N95 respirator is officially recognized as a more effective respirator against the virus（N95口罩被官方认为是更有效的防护口罩）。
