在家办公：
Working at home
Working from home? ✅

远程办公：
Working remotely

Working from home often gives us really lofty images “在家办公”四个字看起来很“高大上”

In An Ideal World 完美世界里的“在家办公”：

* wake up feeling refreshed 精神抖擞地醒来
* catch a bus （不用）赶公交
* beat traffic （不用）应付堵车
* the hustle and bustle of the city 城市的喧嚣。
* be isolated from the hustle and bustle 远离喧嚣
* It’s freeing 时间自由
* tidy your home 打扫房间
* a home-brewed iced Americano 捧一杯自制的冰美式咖啡
* send out some emails 然后再发几封邮件

当人只关注一件事情的时候，就会容易变成tunnel（隧道）vision（视野）

所以还是要尽力自律：
* Be positive 积极一些
* Change your focus 换换注意力
* 考虑一下 How do you spend a productive day indoors 如何在家提高生产力
