It’s Frank X with American horror story.The following story is based on Chris Cooper of Georgia.

It may not be exciting but it is very real. And the best thing is I have an explanation for it. It wasn’t an incident after watching a single horror movie. It was an incident that followed after three months of me following a lifestyle which I would describe below.
I was working as operations manager in a famous cement firm. The job was taking my entire day. The workload was immense although I liked the job. I was preparing for a management college that’s very difficult to enter. To entertain myself so that I could study with a fresh mind, I used to watch many movies, TV series-most of them being either a thriller or horror.
Meanwhile I was playing an online game. It is a highly addictive game which was taking most of my free time. I wasn’t only playing it but was one of the leaders. So by doing all this at the same time my sleep cycle was gone. I barely slept for three months. My maximum sleep time during those three months would be three and half hours. On an average it would have been two to three hours.Until everything changed. One night changed everything. As usual I went to sleep at 3.00 AM in the morning. I was playing the online game again. Before going to sleep I set my alarm at 5.30 AM. because I had to attack someone in that game at that precise time, timing was most important thing in that game. However I didn’t wake up with sound of alarm but an uneasy feeling of having difficulty in breathing. I immediately opened my eyes and saw a most horrifying scene.

A white figure人形, possibly female was flying above my body and sucking the life-force out of me. It was very similar to how demons are shown sucking life-force in Harry Potter movies. I couldn’t move a single muscle. I couldn’t shout to call my friend who was asleep. I was forced to watch the figure slowly descend on top of me. I felt its weight on my body and can see my breath going to its mouth. It was long. I felt certain I was going to die, thought about my family and thought how people would explain my death. I thought that I finally knew ghosts are real. During the whole thing I wasn’t able to move any muscle. After what felt like forever, the figure disappeared and sweat was all over my body. I finally came to my senses but decided to wake up my friend. I was too afraid to sleep. I slept around 6:30 AM. again, but again same thing happened.
That was the entire story. Now my explanation of the incident is: I consider myself to be a logical person. Although I believe in supernatural I still want to understand why. I started to dig deep into the incident looking for possible causes. Then I came across this phenomenon that happens to many people at some points. My sleep was a mess, watching a lot of horror movies and extreme pressure had caused this-That is what I like to believe of course! I corrected my life-style immediately and started taking time to sleep properly. The incident happened once or twice again for shorter periods but it’s been a while since I felt anything like that again.
