01. Entertaining Activities at Concerts 演唱会上有趣的活动
Kiss Cam (亲吻镜头):
一般在大型的体育赛事和演唱会（concerts）中会出现。It’s a camera shows people from the audience (观众) on a large screen, and when the camera shows a couple (情侣或夫妻), the crowd wants them to kiss.当他们的影像出现在大屏幕上时，全场观众都会起哄要求他们接吻，所有人都会给他们欢呼（everyone cheers）。

最近在Coldplay演唱会上就发生了戏剧性一幕：Astronomer公司CEO和HR主管被Kiss Cam拍到时举止亲密，但当发现被投屏后立即惊慌分开。主唱Chris Martin调侃道：“Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”（要么是婚外情，要么就是太害羞了）。谁知事后这个affair（已婚男女的私通）真的实锤了，两人关系的意外曝光让当事人彻底被“全球公开处刑（global exposure）”。

Crowd Surf (人群冲浪)：
是一项表演者躺在观众手上“漂流”的活动。Crowd surfing is when a person is lifted up (被举起) by the crowd, they lie flat (平躺) and are passed over people’s hands. Then the crowd moves them from one place to another.
An artist called The Dare tried to crowd surf, 但在人群冲浪的时候没有观众接着。That sounds hilarious but also kind of dangerous!

Sing-Along (全场大合唱)：
演唱会最动人的时刻之一，当熟悉的旋律响起，上万观众自发跟唱，那种震撼心灵的共鸣正是现场音乐的魅力所在。
Taylor Swift performs Love Story, and the entire venue sings it as well. 
Luhan’s fans even started a sing-along before he even came onto the stage.

02. Concert Lingoes 演唱会专有词
Encore (安可)：
An encore is when the audience asks performers to keep performing after the show has already ended. 就是“再来一个，再来一个！”当粉丝没听够就会要求歌手“返场”加节目。就像Bruno Mars火星哥经常在歌迷高喊“Encore!”后返场加唱。

Lightsticks (应援棒):
在亚洲演唱会中，Lightsticks是一大特色。歌手也可能会参与设计专属应援棒，粉丝们挥舞着同一款荧光棒，随着歌曲变换颜色（change color depending on the mood of the song），场面超级震撼！
Nosebleed (山顶票):
后排最高处位置的票，价格实惠，适合听歌。

Mosh Pit (舞池):
mosh-狂舞，pit-坑；moshpit -摇滚音乐会现场的跳舞区域。It’s literally a crazy dance zone. People will jump, push, and bump into each other. 充满活力的同时也会有潜在的危险。So definitely bring a friend if you are going to be watching from the moshpit.
Boooo (嘘声):
当观众对表演表示不满时：
国内：《爱如火》的演唱者那艺娜的演唱会上，台下观众一起喊“退票”。但后来“退票”反而成了他们的应援词。
国外：When fans aren’t happy with an artist they will often loudly boo, literally saying Booooo at the artist on stage. 

Erin has seen some people yell tomato at them too! But that doesn’t mean they really throw tomatoes on the stage. Don’t throw actual objects on stage! That could accidentally hurt someone.
03. Ticketing Tips 购票贴士

As someone who’s been to so many concerts, Erin has some tips for us:
如果是第一次去演唱会，可以选择普通票（general admission），既有固定座位（assigned seating options）也有站着听的区域（standing room）。You can see what you like with little risk (较低的风险)!
Buy your tickets during presale (预售). 在预售期间就把票买好，这样就不用担心票被抢光（sold out）了！
Make sure to keep an eye on (留意) tour dates (巡演日期) of your favorite artists.
