It’s American horror story. I’m Frank X. The following story happened to Jim Kumar of LA.
I do not think of the ghost stories as being parts of the “Horror” ones. To me that sounds too much being fake like in a movie. If it’s something both violent and terrifying, then I will consider the ghost stories to be very real.
The closest real life horror I have ever experienced that would fit into a movie, I would say for me was when my dad took me and my brother canoeing on a 16 -mile creek in Florida back in the early 90′s and we saw a dead body about 4–5 feet below the surface of the water, its legs were weighted down with rocks, the body swaying in the current and missing an arm. It was very rotten, you could see the bones and the only arm and some of the bare jaw, the flesh was gray, and the eyes were missing.
It was very scary. I told my dad we had to go back and check what we had seen for sure but he was very upset and said we were done canoeing and he took us back to his truck, I suggested we call the police but he wanted nothing to do with any of it insisting that we never saw anything. But I will never get that image out of my head. It was the most horrific thing I have ever seen.
On the way home, my daddy told me about a similar experience he had when he was a young kid. He and his friend Dave went camping in a forest near a river. When they were trying to climb a big tree for fun, there was a dead body on the top of the tree branch. They had seen nothing before they climbed it. They both were so frightened that they couldn’t run away. It’s like their legs were frozen. After a few seconds, they started to run and they called the police when they found a public phone later. And when the police arrived and asked them to show the way, they could not find the tree anymore. And the police thought they were playing tricks on them. Later both of the two boys got sick for a week. It felt like a bad cold but not really a cold. The doctors couldn’t even explain why. This is American horror story.
