故事梗概：女儿每天晚上都被噩梦惊醒，窗帘后面那个人影，是幻觉还是鬼魂？通灵师点破玄机。。。

Out of desperation, a friend suggested we contact a psychic friend of theirs, who lived in Chicago. I laughed. What could this guy do so far away from our home in California? They said to trust him, he's good. So we got on the phone. Explained the situation. The psychic said "Who's the boy living under the bridge?" I paused. We don't have a bridge on our property. Then I stared out the window. There was an old concrete footbridge of sorts covering an abandoned cellar we'd filled in when we bought the place. Right out of the window. How the hell did he know that? "And he has black hair," said the psychic.
When I got off the phone, I asked the neighbors about the history of our place. One person said 20 years ago there was a troubled teenager who used to sneak out of the house across the street from us at night and spend the night on our property. And he had black, curly hair. "What happened to him?" I asked. "Nobody knows." Well, I knew. He's still hanging out at our place. I investigated further and went through the bush near the footbridge. To my surprise I found a rusty box spring, pieces of a torn mattress, and a very old, decayed suitcase. And then I asked the psychic what to do about the 'boy with black hair'. "Tell him to leave."
