My friend was pouring beer into my glass (Pour beer into my glass就是倒酒)but he was going to stop halfway. 但他中间停了。So, I told him: “Fill it to the brim”. This means 把它装满了。 We can also use it to describe something that is already full. For example: The pool was filled to the brim.
