女博士学位被撤销起诉北大，法庭宣布北大败诉！

A female PhD student surnamed Yu who majored in history at Peking University has sued the school after one of her academic papers were found to have plagiarized information and the university withdrew her doctorate, the Beijing Youth Daily reported.
据《北京青年报》报道，北大一名姓于的历史学女博士生已经起诉了该校，其原因是她的一篇学术论文被发现有抄袭，北大因此撤销了她的学位。

According to the university, Yuˈs plagiarized paper was among the application material for her doctorate. However, Yu claimed that the paper in question was not her academic dissertation, so the university had no right to withdraw her doctorate. The court ruled that the university reinstate Yuˈs doctorate, but the universityˈs representative said they would appeal.
据北大表示，于抄袭的论文在她的博士学位申请材料中。但是于声称这篇论文不是她的学术论文，因此学校无权撤销她的学位。法院裁定北大应该恢复于的学位，但是北大代表称他们将上诉。
