A die-hard fan of actress, singer and model Liu Yifei has gone under the knife so that she can better resemble her childhood idol.
一位疯狂粉丝为了能够在形象上更加贴近自己的偶像——当今知名女星刘亦菲，心甘情愿在自己脸上动刀，一心要做整容手术。

According to NetEase, Li Yifei, a 19-year-old girl from Qingdao, was a devoted fan of Liu since she was a child.
据网易新闻报道，该女孩名为李奕霏，19岁，来自山东青岛，自孩童时代就把刘亦菲当做自己的偶像。

After a relative said that Li had more than a passing resemblance to the actress from Wuhan, she and her mother sat down to watch as many films and televisions dramas as they could find starring Liu. Both eventually became huge fans of her work.
之前李奕霏的亲戚告诉她长得像一个来自武汉的女演员，随后李奕霏和其母亲便观看了很多电影和电视剧，发现这位女演员就是刘亦菲。两人就在这个过程中成为了刘亦菲的铁杆粉丝。

"When I was young I was watching The Story of a Noble Family, I thought the 15-year-old Liu Yifei was so beautiful and had such an air of class about her," said Li. "I really liked her. I thought to myself that it would be good if one day I could be like her."

Prior to the operation, Li told reporters that she was nervous about the surgery and for the pain which would follow, but in her words, "for beauty it is worth it."

This is not the first time that a hardcore fan has gone to extreme lengths to gain the appearance of their celebrity idol. A few months ago it emerged that a woman had gone through eight years of plastic surgery in order to look more like her role-model Fan Bingbing.
