来自美国新奥尔良的电子音乐家, DJ,和兼音乐制作人thruoutin已定居中国十五年。他创造多元化的音乐风格，把温情电子音乐和中国民乐结合在一起。在他的DJ sets里面他喜欢放的内容是给他自己的作品影响的音乐。 例如抽象夜店音乐包括 footwork, gqom, bass音乐, amapiano, descontructed club, 还有氛围音乐。你可以听到多种艺术创作思维在他的音乐里，尤其是对大自然的 采样和物理电子声音的钟爱。他曾经在北美洲，欧洲，和亚洲有过巡回演出，除了个人独立发行专辑之外，他还与多家唱片公司都有过合作。最近"New Noise","Daft Pop", “燃音乐”，“play rec”, “臟” 和”京味儿”等都曾发行过他的音乐。 
American-born electronic producer, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist, thruoutin, has been based in China since 2009. His work varies from project to project but often combines different genres, focusing on organic and digital sounds. As a DJ, thruoutin showcases music that influences him as a producer, including left-field club genres that float around footwork, gqom, bass music, amapiano, deconstructed club, and ambient music. 
He has toured extensively across North America, Europe, and Asia and released music on various labels. Recently, he collaborated with Chengdu's New Noise, Shanghai's Play Rec, and zaaang, as well as international labels like Aud-Art, Silence.epi, and The Fourth Wind Records. 
He has also performed on Boiler Room China and at festivals such as the Wuzhen Theatre Festival and Chunyou. The musical works of thruoutin are best listened to on Bandcamp, which has a comprehensive collection of EPs, splits, and albums.
