In his 12-part audio series, JOSHUA of SEVENTEEN opens up for the first time about the hurdles he had to overcome to become a singer, how he achieved his goals, and what SEVENTEEN means to him.

Honestly, when I was younger, I actually didn't have a dream.

I felt like I was wandering around pretty aimlessly, with no direction or plan on what my next move would be.

But, after coming to Korea, I didn't realize just how many hurdles I would have to jump over.

I think the biggest hurdle I kept coming across over and over again was me thinking I wasn't cut out for this path.

[Music]

Gradually over time, jumping over this particular hurdle got easier and easier.

I realized that one of the most valuable lessons I learned in building myself was simply expressing myself.

I always try my best to show my true and authentic self to the world, but particularly these days, I feel like I'm able to confidently show even more sides of myself to everyone.

This is who I am.

I'm both nervous and excited for you to get a glimpse into my mind through Mindset as I open up about the various struggles I've had to overcome to get to where I am today.

And... I'll also be talking about the big goals and dreams.
