heres the official phase 2. for this boring au.
i imagine this as sans and the souls he was originally puppeteering in MINDLESS [SOULESS] are starting to try and take him down with you, the player. he struggles to fight both souls and the player at once, and eventually gets defeated.

some title lore:
the au is called Past, Present, Future because Past! sans would be the the original sans from Undertale, dumb lazy skeleton who makes terrible jokes.
on the other hand, Present! sans is the sans you fight in MINDLESS [SOULESS], the sans who has lost himself, the sans whos goals have blurred and can only imagine killing you.
and Future! sans? well. that's for you to figure out yourself.

and if you're confused whether these would all be different sans' they are not. its just an expression of some sort. they are all the same sans, just changed mindsets.
