Sans shield shatters. A melting Papyrus made out of Sans "goo" used the 3 missing souls to destroy his shield. Papyrus, grabs Sans using his rib cage, and runs away, heading towards the barrier. The human chases after them. Once in front the front the barrier, still in Papyrus's grip, Sans panics and asks Papyrus why his he absorbing him and his Determination. A moment silence, Sans starts to understand the situation, and accepts his fate, hoping this might the way to finally defeat the human. In his final moments, Sans tells Papyrus "I'll be waiting for you at Grillby's...". Papyrus fully absorbs Sans and absorbs the six human souls, and proceeds to grabs the human, and uses their soul by throwing them against the barrier while also using the six he absorbed to break the barrier. With no barrier left, Papyrus rushes to the surface, and heads straight to the city, to start a genocide of his own. The human pursues Papyrus, knowing that this will be their last fight.
