This morning I woke up, you know I was feeling really short of breath, when I was like running around my apartments.
今天早上我起来后,在我的公寓里跑步,感觉呼吸非常不顺畅。
um... and I didn't really have appetite yesterday, so I haven't eat much, I don't really eat this morning, either.
并且我昨天没什么胃口,没吃很多东西,今早我也没吃。
That's all just feeling kind of weird. And... um... anyways, I managed to calm myself down.
这一切感觉有点怪怪的,无论怎样,我试图让我自己冷静下来。
I started watching YouTube video about like some vegan food or some shit.
我开始看油管视频,有关素食之类的东西。
And um... I took my temperature, my temperature was completely completely normal.
我量了体温,我的体温简直太正常了。
The second I started calming down, my breathing came back to normal.
当我开始冷静下来的时候,我的呼吸也恢复正常了。
And it was just full of anxiety attack, there was like... of course in my mind, COVID-19.
这完全是焦虑发作,都是我脑子里的新冠病毒。
And so it's just like for everyone is experiencing anxiety and panic attacks all that journeys this time, like just know you are not alone and like everyone is feeling so so so anxious, uneasy.
所以只想让那些此时此刻焦虑恐慌的人知道,你并不是一个人,大家都很焦虑不安,都很难熬。
and um... And I just kind of like all those place of the moment.
并且现在我也是一样的。
And um the second I told someone I felt so much better, and it's like literally gone.
但我向其他人倾吐后我感觉好多了,这些不好的感觉好像彻底消失了。
So, take a deep breath, do some meditations, try give your anxiety in shake.
所以,深呼吸,冥心静想,尽量控制你的焦虑情绪。
And if you nervous, ask yourself : Do I have a cough? and... Have I take my temperature? cause those like the real you know the first symptoms what I am hearing.
如果你很担心,问问自己:我咳嗽吗?我量体温了吗?因为我听说这些才是最初的症状。
So um... or do I have a sore throat? I have none of those things. So I am completely fine, I was just -in- anxiety.
还有,我喉咙疼吗?我完全没有这些症状,所以我非常健康,我只是有点焦虑。
um... But yet, just keep yourself in check if you can, I know it was really really really hard, but I just want to say, I'm here for you.
但是,如果可以请尽量控制自己不要过度焦虑,我知道这很困难,但我只想说,我一直在这里陪伴你们。
