Hi, Niall was here, great album, bro. I have been listening to it all day.

um...Yeah, if all we stay home, like the conversation（谈话，话题） is changing so much of the time, it's changing like every single day.

Haven't announces(ed)（宣布）in a cool way, but I'm in Atlanta to film something right now, you will know soon. But um...

No, I'm not going a beard（留胡子）, this is just like a couple days quarantine（隔离） for ya.

um... so the conversation is changing so much of the last few days, every single days, every hour is changing, right?

But I think it's become very very very clear that everyone in the U.S. If you have the privilege（特权） being able to work from home and stay home if you're not... you don't work in the hospital or grocery store（杂货店）, if you don't, you don't need to go to work, please don't,um... please don't take public transport, et cetery cetery cetera.（等等）

Because we can potentially（可能地，潜在地） slow this down, which will be just like so so so helpful to our already overwhelmed（不堪重负的） um medical... you know services,

and so um it's a huge distraction（消遣，分心） to all of lives, everyone is uncomfortable, everyone is anxious, but I just want to say that I'm here to chat if anyone wants.
I probably gonna go live couple times in next few days, just cause I'm bored,

but I'm… but yeah, let's trying slow this fucking thing down, and take care each other, take care yourself, washing your hands,
and um... don't panic buy stuff, go get what you need.

and um... yeah, I'm not flying home right now, because... I'm going to um... try, it's unnecessary travel,
like um... fun and of course I wish I was home with my dog, my sister... everything like that,
but um... but I'm gonna stay and just kind of trying and wait this out little bit,
at least we get some clarity on how many people have it, and where it is, everything like that, and so um...

yeah, I'm in the city that I don't live in, so I'm gonna be just rely on you guys to keep me company,
and um you guys can rely on me for the same thing. I'm gonna start season 5 of "Love Island (UK)"英国电视真人秀If anyone wants to join in virtually（虚拟地）.

um... and I just want to talk how about stay safe everyone, I love you guys lots, and please stay home.

um...Try workout（锻炼）at home if you can, I'm gonna trying do some like push-ups（俯卧撑）something, I don't know. haha!
But um yeah, we can figure this out, we can do this. So yeah everyone stay home, if you can, um I love you all lots.

Also, I'm having a beer even now I just have my first meal of the day, because I feel like the rules of life just something don't apply anymore.
