[12:15.84]on the narrow platform in an atmosphere of extravagant elegance.
[12:21.20]However, how much of this gets translated into street fashion,
[12:25.16]appearing in high street shops?
[12:27.31]And how many of us actually follow the trends we see?
[12:31.92]Usually first impressions count,
[12:34.62]and we want our appearance to be consistent with the image
[12:37.92]we would like to project.
[12:40.32]We are frequently exposed to magazines
[12:43.13]that show us the new fashions for each season,
[12:46.20]and where we can buy fashionable clothes for reasonable prices.
[12:50.64]But the distinction between what we see at fashion shows
[12:54.11]and what's on display in high streets is becoming increasingly unclear.
