[12:25.80]and is essential to having a good start to the day.
[12:29.72]In fact, once a year there is a weekly campaign called "Think Breakfast"

[12:40.11]A traditional English breakfast includes sausages, bacon, fried eggs,
[12:47.14]mushrooms, baked beans, fried tomatoes, and toast with butter.
[12:55.18]However, these days most people don't eat a traditional breakfast
