[11:23.38]It's October the 31st, and across Britain and the USA,
[11:27.83]thousands of children are dressing up as monsters, ghosts and witches
[11:32.60]and going to their neighbors' houses to ask for sweets

[11:39.48]Many houses have lanterns made from pumpkins in their windows.
[11:43.39]These lanterns have frightening faces cut into them.

[11:55.92]but it is a very popular one
[11:57.70]and an important part of the culture in Britain and the USA.
