Because of all the stuff going on, like the Sebastian Wolf copyright stuff, and Steamboat Willie becoming public domain, i had an idea for a secret boss, at first i didn't thought i'd make it far, but in the end i did end up finishing this

As for the lore of this guy, i'll tell you:

Because every secret boss has encountered a strange man, i feel like everyone would react differently

In my opinion Jevil took it well, and everyone else is calling him crazy

Spamton not so much, but believes he can get away from it (Heaven, The neo body, etc.)

Conner (My secret boss) after meeting the strange man, he becomes a goner. He doesn't like what he heard at all, to the point where he can't bear with his own life, in fact, his battle is about the delta warriors trying to save him.
A goner, doesn't necessarily mean a Gaster follower, it can also mean a person who is too far gone, so... i guess you can draw conclusions there.
As for how you access his battle, you give him the Balloon Trap (Item), and later in a boat, you see him floating with the balloons around his body, in a rage, he tries to kill Kris from preventing his... demise, and straight up tries to break your soul, leading to the Switch soul appearing.
Conner can only speak to the player, meaning any person who isn't us (and in a roundabout way, Kris,) or the Strange man can't hear him.
