hi utsc. its been a long minute. is anyone even still around or am i just talking to myself? well either way, i guess i'll leave a message.

where am i?
not dead. at least i think. ive been doing better than i was when i was still making utsc music consistently and i took a lot of time to focus on music that i enjoyed creating, rather than something i forced myself to put out. if im being honest, i was obsessed with any sort of "large" number i got and i would release tracks i wasnt even close to proud of. i had so much pride that i didnt even improve at all over such a large window of time and it was really unhealthy for me. but now, i have a much larger scope of the situation and i feel like im ready to start making this type of music when i want to again.

what did i do?
well, i started broadening my music horizon, and found hyperpop. after this, i immediately stopped trying to find new music and over-obsessed over this one genre. thats where i currently am and will be for the foreseeable future. ive been making dariacore, hyperpop, and just an overall vast assortment of music for a while, and FINALLY got headphones to mix on, which this was my biggest endeavor on.

what is this?
if you didnt know, this was a track i published on my unfinished account around a month back. it was a song that was over two years old that i was making with shade, astra, and gaixe. it never ended up being finished, but we had some stuff to show for it. that surprisingly did well and i decided to change it, and finish it on my own. i do see problems with this track, but right now, im quite satisfied on how it sounds, and i hope you are too.
