Here in America, we now live in one of the tensest times our nation has faced in decades, we're sick, we're divided, we're angry, we're afraid, and now find ourselves facing the most important election in our modern history. Let's forget about that for a moment, let's laugh about the ridiculousness of it all, like, how can we take any of this seriously? The funny "you're fired" orange man has become the president of the fucking United States, forming a borderline authoritarian regime. What a time to be alive!

As some of you may know, this is a remake of a song I made YEARS ago, not only was it a song I wasn't proud of production-wise, but it had a bit of a negative message tied to it. I was vaguely pro-Trump at the time, I was closeted from the gravity of the situation, it was really just an "America Megalovania tied to the President, who I respect and think gets more hate than he deserves" which, looking back, was a fucking awful mindset and I hate the description I wrote for it so fucking much. I found myself filled with hate and insecurity, developing right-wing beliefs out of ignorance and fear. I took it down because it reminded me of someone I wasn't, I've grown a lot since then. At the same time, I kind of regret it, since I took the popularity it gained and the amount of people who enjoyed for granted. Now that I'm older, I wanted to revisit the song with my modern skill and mindset. In three years my political views swapped entirely, I literally had a straight pride profile picture, what the fuck was wrong with me? I literally went from an insecure "cishet" right-leaning bigot, to a leftist trans girl in like two years, character development!

Of course there's a clear political message tied to the samples I used in this version, but I hope you can enjoy this regardless of your beliefs, 'cause at the end of the day it's all in good fun! :) I want to make light of a dark time in our country, so let's put our differences aside and just have a little fun imagining funny orange man with sans eye, yeah? After all, we're all human, we're all sick and tired of this year, we should be able to laugh about it together, even if it's only for a moment.

Now, I would do what any other annoying public figure does and say "VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!" but y'all are either like minors, or like, British, in which I respond to with "haha you can't own guns haha imagine having a queen"

This version is also full of motifs related to our country! If you can guess all of them, you'll get a metaphorical cookie! :D
