对于中韩外长22日在北京举行的会谈，中国外交部发言人陆慷在23日下午举行的外交部例行记者会上表示，两国外长就如何确保中韩关系稳固改善和向前发展进行了充分讨论。中方希望韩方继续妥善处理“萨德”问题，为两国关系的全面改善和发展创造条件。
陆慷表示，王毅外长在会谈中强调，中方重视韩方关于不考虑追加“萨德”系统，不加入美国反导系统，不发展韩美日三方军事同盟的表态，以及无意损害中方安全利益的表态。
