一般来说常见两种场合
1. not aware of your surroundings or condition as a result of taking alcohol or drugs:
feeling or seeming disconnected from reality.
由于喝多了/药嗑多了而不省人事；感觉和现实世界脱离；
eg: She was lying on the sofa, totally out of it.
她躺在沙发上，醉得不省人事。

eg: You were really out of it at the party last night. You shouldn't drink so much so fast.

eg: I was really out of it after working that 16-hour shift on Saturday.
