Meryl Streep recreates the extraordinary and hilarious singing of Florence Foster Jenkins (1868-1944), the wealthy American heiress whose excruciating sense of pitch and rhythm were immortalized on a set of treasured 78 rpm discs. 

Streep and Helberg have meticulously studied these original recordings to bring them vividly back to life.
